Rainbow birthday card

Happy Friday friends!

Today I am sharing a rainbow birthday card that I made for my best friend’s birthday.

I was inspired by a beautiful Sunny Studio’s – Rainbow Bright patterned paper and their wonderful Friends and Family stamp set.

I had an idea for this card from the beginning so I started with creating a rainbow blend of colors with Distress Oxide and Distress Inks on a piece of Bristol smooth paper and die cutting tiny flowers in rainbow order. Next I die cut the friends sentiment and added foam tape to all of my die cuts.

I die cut a white background panel with second largest stitched rectangle die from My Favorite Things, stamped the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and embossed the panel with Altenew Warp Speed stencil.

Finally, I attached my die cuts on the card and added a thin strip of black cardstock to coordinate with the sentiment.

It was a pretty easy and fast card to make and I really love the outcome.

Thank you for stopping by today and hope you have a wonderful weekend.
