A foxy hello crafty friends!
Earlier this week I was guest designing at Gerda Steiner Designs Blog (please click the link to check out the two cards I have created for that blog post).
I was featuring the new Foxes stamp set and ended up creating several more cards using this adorable stamp set π and today I am sharing one of them.
This one layer card is one of my favorites as it showcases all the images in the stamp set!
It was created with masking of all the images and coloring them with alcohol markers!
To start I stamped all the images on the masking paper and fussy cut them out.
Then I arranged all the images on the card panel and started stamping and masking them to create the scene. Once all the images were stamped and covered with masks I created the background using distress inks.
When I was happy with the background I removed the masks and colored the images with alcohol markers then stamped the sentiment inside the wreath.
To give the card a little something extra I added dotted lines around the edges with stitched border die and adhered the card panel to the card base.
Supplies Used:
- Stamps – Gerda Steiner Designs – Foxes
- Dies – Lawn Fawn – Stitched Borders
- Cardstock – Bristol Smooth, Michael’s Recollections 5×7 precut card base in cream
- Ink – Memento Tuxedo Black, Distress Ink in Mowed Lawn and Broken China
- Masking Paper, Alcohol markers, white gel pen, craft foam
Thank you for visiting today and I hope you have a wonderful day!!!
