Today I am sharing 3 card designs I have created with only 1 die set! Take a look at the photos below and continue reading to see how easy these were to make 🙂

 

 

 

These fantastic Rustic Winter Dies from Sunny Studio Stamps have quickly become one of my favorite set of Christmas dies!

All 3 card designs have the same elements but each has a different look.

For the first card I die cut all pieces from the die set out of white cardstock. Next I added a little bit of shading to the deer feet and the trees using Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I colored the cardinal red with alcohol marker.

I wanted a real rustic look for this card so I dug through my patterned paper stash and found wood plank paper. I die cut it using a frame die and added foam tape to the frame part of the paper. To the center piece I white heat embossed the sentiment.

 

I adhered the patterned paper and the frame piece to the A2 size card base then added my die cuts, popping a few with foam tape.

For the second card I die cut the images and the background panel out of textured dark brown cardstock. I die cut a smaller piece of kraft cardstock and white heat embossed the sentiment and the snowflakes.

 

 

I adhered the embossed piece to dark brown piece of cardstock then used liquid glue to adhere it all to the card base.

Finally I added the trees and the deer directly to the background for easier mailing and the card was done!

For the third project I used the leftover die cut pieces from my two previous projects.

I used the lighter shade of kraft cardstock and white heat embossed the snowflakes and the sentiment on all 3 backgrounds and adhered the leftover cardstock pieces to the card panels. For the pop of color I added a red cardinal to each panel.

I popped all three backgrounds with craft foam for some dimension and adhered them to the A2 size card bases.
