I hope you week is going well 🙂
Today I am sharing another card created with Sunny Studio Products. I decided to name this post Christmas Trimmings and Dapper Diamonds (names of the products I used on this card). I figured that most of my cards during the month of December will be named Merry Christmas if I used the sentiment for the blog post name 😉
Lets get to the card!
I have used products from the latest Sunny Studio Release – Christmas Trimmings stamp/dies set and Dapper Diamonds embossing folder.
I created the background first, embossing a piece of white card stock. I created several panels at once for the future projects.
I heat embossed the sentiment on vellum with gold embossing powder and trimmed it to size of my panel.
Next I went on to stamping the images – these are layering stamps (all but the branch) that were really easy to layer. Once all the images were stamped I die cut them with coordinating dies – yay I FINALLY have a matching die set!!! I don’t usually buy dies but fussy cutting the berries and the branch seemed like a lot of work especially for making many Christmas cards.
With my background panel, sentiment and stamped die cuts ready it was time to assemble the card.
I assembled my stamped images in the middle of the panel clustering the pinecones, holly leaves and berries to the top and adding the branches below. Before adhering it all I added Snow marker to the branches to create the look of snow. I thought it added something little extra to the design.
I really love the festive look of this card, and these amazing products from Sunny Studio made it very easy and so much fun to create!
I really appreciate you stopping by today and I hope you have a wonderful day!
