Now lets get to the project I have created for today’s post!
For my project I decided to go with a wrap around gift box. Gift boxes are so versatile and can hold anything from a gift card, cash, candy etc. and can be decorated for any occasion!
To start, I choose the papers I would be using to create the box. I thought Savanna White Limba woodgrain cardstock would look really amazing with the trellis and roses.
I used Sunny Studio Stamps Wrap Around Box Dies to die cut out 4 pieces for the box and adhered them with Premium Score-Tape from CutCardStock.
Next I stamped the roses and leaves on Classic Crest Solar White cardstock and fussy cut them with scissors. Roses stamps are from Sunny Studio Stamps Everything’s Rosy stamp set.ย
Now it was time to decorate the box and add some sparkle and shine! I added glitter trellis using POW Silver Glitter 12×12 paper from CutCardStock. Glitter paper was die cut with Sunny Studio Stamps Frilly Frames Lattice Die, then cut with a square die from Wrap Around box die set (the square fits and decorates each side of the box perfectly).
I die cut the decorating circles and tag topper out of the same glitter cardstock and adhered the pieces to the box with Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.
To crate the tag, I heat embossed Best Wishes sentiment on a piece ofย CTI Glama Vellum and backed it with two pieces of cardstock die cuts (woodgrain and soft pink), then added glitter tag topper.
To finish off the box design I added thin silver ribbon to the tag and around the top opening slits.
Below is the photo of the back of the box.
I really hope you like this DIY Wedding project and I appreciate you sticking around to the end of the post.
Below you will find the blog hop line up as well as list of all the products I used for today’s project ๐
