Hello friends!
Today is the Fourth of July and I am sharing a fun, nautical themed card featuring products from Rubbernecker stamps.
In spirit of celebrating 4th of July I have decided to use red, white and blue with a pop of yellow for my card today π
I have used only die cuts (except for the sentiment) to create this scene and some patterned papers I’ve had in my stash for a long time.
Once I chose the patterned papers I would use, I started die cutting all the pieces for my scene.
I started with waves using Waves Die Cut 5202-09D. This die comes with three different wave shapes and I just love how versatile this set is.
I die cut the boats next with Boats #1 5202-06D Die Cut. They’re so adorable and perfectly sized for cards as well as layouts.
White puffy clouds were die cut from white cardstock with Clouds 5147-02D die.
Now that I had all my pieces cut, I started assembling the card.
For the sky I used a piece of light blue card stock and layered the waves on the bottom. I adhered the boats, tucking two in the waves and adding one to the bottom front.
I stamped the sentiment (from 3109 Under The Sea stamp set) next and adhered the clouds.
I used paper trimmer to cut the frame, adhered it to the panel with foam tape and that finished my card π
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by – I really hope you like the card I have shared today.
I will see you next time, and until then I wish you Happy Crafting π
