I have used this beautiful stamp before and have loved the detail on the image so decided to use it again with coordinating watercolor stamp.
I started by stamping the image on watercolor paper with Ranger Archival black ink. Once the image was dry I scribbled Tombow brush markers in green shades on leaves and stems of the second stamp (the one that looks like a black/white shadow image), sprayed them with water and stamped over the image.
I cleaned the stamp and repeated the process with purple, pink and red (for the center of the flower) markers.
I set the image aside to dry.
To create the background I used Nested Deckle Rectangle Dies to cut purple and white cardstock. I adhered the layers and added them to the card base using craft foam.
To finish off the card, I added my butterfly with foam tape and my card was finished.
I love the watercolor look this stamp set created and how easy it was!
Thank you so much for stopping by today and until next time – Happy Crafting!
