Technique Tuesday – Warm Wishes and Christmas In July Promo

Pine Bough.jpg

Hello crafties!

I have another Christmas in July card to share with you today 🙂 I just love birds and cardinals are some of my favorite to color for winter/Christmas cards!

This card feature gorgeous Technique Tuesday stamp set Pine Bough and coordinating crafting dies.

I knew right away I wanted to do some no line coloring on this beauty, so I stamped it with the lightest ink I had (I used Hero Arts vanilla).

I used Copic markers to color the image and cut it with coordinating dies.

For the background I inked Salty Ocean Distress Ink then added water droplets and splatter with white paint to get the look of snowfall.

On the front panel, I created a circle opening with basic circle die, added few score lines on top and left sides of the panel and adhered the top panel to the blue background with craft foam.

I stamped the sentiment and snowflakes on the background then adhered the cardinal with doubled foam tape.

Thank you so much for stopping by and spending some tie with me today 🙂
