We have a wonderful guest designer Shawna who created a fabulous card with a surprise element! You can check out her card and post HERE!
For today’s card I am sharing a take on the sketch provided above 🙂
I decided on a birthday card (seems like I need those the most) and used MFT UP, Up and Away stamps and dies.
To start I used grassy stencil (also from MFT) and ink blended Lucky Clover and Twisted Citron.
For the sky I inked Broken China over a cloud stencil, then added splatter on the entire panel in coordinating color.
Following the sketch, I used square dies to create a “window” and used vellum and a large flag die for the strip in the middle.
I used the sentiment form the set, and black heat embossed it on the vellum strip.
I stamped, colored and die cut the images from the set and started arranging them to the panel, creating a sweet scene.
I really hope you’ve enjoyed this post and got inspired and I hope you join us for this fun Sketch challenge! I cannot wait to see what you create!
Thank you so much for stopping by and until next time I wish you Happy Crafting!
